Yes. Lasting Impression Valet is fully insured. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our valet parking operations and can provide proof of insurance when required by a venue, organization, or client.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, large events, holiday weekends, and popular event dates. Booking early gives us the best opportunity to reserve your preferred staffing and properly plan your parking operation.

Yes. A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your event date and staffing. The remaining 75% balance is due no later than 24 hours prior to your event.

Yes. We work with restaurants, hospitality businesses, country clubs, venues, and other organizations that require ongoing or recurring valet parking services. Service arrangements can be customized around operating hours, parking availability, guest volume, and operational requirements.

When appropriate, yes. A venue walkthrough allows us to review traffic flow, guest drop-off areas, parking locations, staging areas, signage, and other operational details before your event.

Depending on the event, our service can include professional valet attendants, guest greeting, vehicle drop-off and retrieval, key management, parking coordination, directional signage, traffic-flow planning, and supervisor oversight when required. Our goal is to create a seamless arrival and departure experience for your guests.

We continue to provide valet service during normal inclement weather and can make appropriate operational adjustments. Depending on the venue, weather conditions, and event setup, we may recommend covered drop-off areas, umbrellas, or other accommodations to help keep your guests comfortable.

We do our best to accommodate last-minute event requests based on staffing and scheduling availability. Requests made less than 24 hours before the event may be subject to different pricing due to the additional logistical requirements involved.

Yes. If your venue, organization, or event coordinator requires proof of insurance, we can provide the appropriate documentation as needed.
